We are happy to announce that our dear friend and very talented chef, Ana Martinez, now heads up the kitchen at Cumpanio.
Cumpanio was the first restaurant that Alberto Laposse introduced in 2011 having contemporary design and cuisine. Back then, there were very few options in SMA. Its presence today is a testimony to its ever changing menus that use only the best ingredients to achieve bold and memorable flavors.
