Mexico Tourism’s official website VisitMexico.com lists 50 top
destinations in Mexico. I’ve been to 30. Next year, I intend to visit the remaining 20.
I get out and explore because Mexico has some of the most extensive
culinary traditions in the world. Given the fact that I just discovered
Mixiotes this trip, regional cuisine plays a huge part of that complexity. The
only way to get to know it, taste it and appreciate it is to travel.
The nice thing…all of these destinations are in your own back
yard.
