Appetizer of the Week: The Restaurant’s Imperial Egg Rolls


Their Imperial Egg Rolls are made with rice wrappers just like they do it in Vietnam. To me, this was authentic. 

The shrimp and pork was stuffed inside and served with greens (to wrap your roll in), mint and a garlic ginger dipping sauce

The best thing was they are priced at 100 pesos and were large enough to eat as a meal instead of just an appetizer.
