One thing I learned recently from my Milkshake Bar cookbook – go for the visual.
Instead of a plain malt or shake,
use a spreader and slather some of the ingredients on the inside of the glass.
In this case, chocolate and caramel.
We also used a Salted Caramel cake
pop to top it off.
The power of suggestion…in other
words what looks better tastes better...and it did!
Such a delicious way to start a
Friday morning.
