Cole Slaw
1 large head of cabbage, finely shredded
Dressing:
Sugar
Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Dry Mustard
Celery Seed
Grate Cole Slaw. In a small bowl, mix vinegar and sugar to taste. Add a little dry mustard, celery seed and salt and pepper – again to taste.
Pour over cabbage and refrigerate.
Make 8 to 10 servings.
