Located at 108 N State Street in Block 37 - Pedway Level is a new restaurant that serves up Asian fusion including Binh Mi, bento box lunches and a great little bowl of Bimbim Bop which is grilled onion beef, egg, kimch, preserved cabbage and spinach in a rice bowl with house sauce.
I asked what the house sauce was because it was spicy but not overwhelming. No one is spilling the goods and it remains the chef’s little secret.
