My sister Mary loves smoothies and asked for another great recipe. Here is one that is so good and Blueberries are actually ranked No. 1 among common fruits and vegetables in antioxidant power.
I drank it and didn’t realize that I had not taken a picture until it was gone. Get on your best imagination here because I don’t think you can even picture how good this one was!
1 cup fresh blueberries
4 scoops frozen vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 can spray whipped topping
Combine blueberries, frozen yogurt, and milk in blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into chilled glass, top with whipped cream and garnish with blueberries. Serves/makes 1.
