If you want a great grouping of flavors, use a thin flatbread and cover it with red onions, portobello mushrooms, arugula, and Reggiano Parmesan cheese. Then top it with beef tenderloin that is grilled to medium rare and sliced really thin. This combination is my new, favorite addiction. This is also a perfect appetizer for Super Bowl.
I pop it in a 500 degree oven for just about 7-10 minutes. Keep a close eye on it when cooking something this thin at such a high heat because every oven has a mind of its own!
